Itinerary
Day 1
12 Noon: Arrive at the farm, enjoy a refreshing welcome drink, and embark on a guided tour to discover the heart of our sustainable farming practices 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM: Savor a delicious lunch prepared with fresh, farm-grown ingredients. 2:30 PM - 5:00 PM: Explore the beauty surrounding the farm: Take a nature walk around the Rajaji National Park, spotting diverse flora and fauna. Immerse yourself in the local culture by visiting nearby villages. Cool off with a refreshing dip in the spring rivers. 5 PM - 6 PM: In the evening, unwind with herbal tea. 8PM: Enjoy the delightful dinner. Optional: Pamper yourself with a relaxing spa treatment or embark on a thrilling wildlife safari at Rajaji National Park (additional costs apply).
Day 2
7:30 AM - 8:30 AM: Start your day with a rejuvenating Hatha yoga session led by our expert Jag. 9:00 AM - 10:00 AM: Have a nourishing breakfast amidst nature’s soundtrack. 10:30 AM: Depart for Neerville Camping. Take a scenic trek alongside a cascading waterfall to reach your glamping haven. 12:30 PM - 1:30 PM: Take a refreshing dip in the natural spring pools. 1:30 PM - 2:30 PM: Savor a delicious lunch prepared with fresh, farm-grown ingredients. 3:30 PM - 6 PM: Enjoy some afternoon games, and indulge in herbal tea and snacks. 8 PM: Indulge in a healthy and wholesome dinner and reminisce about the day. 9 PM: Gather around a crackling bonfire under a blanket of stars.
Day 3
9:00 AM: Savor a final breakfast before embarking on your trek down 10:00 AM: Departure from Riohills, feeling refreshed and rejuvenated.
Inclusions
1. The meals and stay in double sharing rooms are part of the package.
Exclusions
1. Spa treatments and wildlife safaris at the farm are optional and incur additional charges. 2. Transportation via cabs or scooters will be charged separately. (Activity timings can vary depending on transportation availability, traffic and delay in arrival time of guests. These are miscellaneous factors and hence we don't take the responsibility for the same.)
Our Policies
General Policy
1. Guests are required to pay a 30% advance at the time of booking itself, the entire balance needs to be cleared upon arrival at the property during check-in. 2. Our standard check-in time is 12PM and the Standard check-out time is 11 AM, Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. 3. We accept a Government ID with address as valid identification proof, no local IDs shall be accepted at the time of check-in. 4. Guests are not permitted to bring outsiders inside the premises. 5. Right to admission reserved. 6. Drugs an any substance abuse is strictly banned inside and around the property. 7. If the behaviour of a guest is deemed unfit at the property, the property manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds. Note - No Pets are allowed at the property.
Cancellation Policy
1. We require a 30 % advance payment at the time of reservation to confirm your booking. Please note that this advance is non-refundable and non-adjustable under any circumstances. 2. Any additional payments made(beyond the 30% advance) will be eligible for a refund only if the cancellation request is recieved at least 7 days before the check-in date. Otherwise, these payments will be retained as a cancellation fee. 3. No date modifications (changes to dates or reduction of stay duration) are allowed within this 7-day window before the check-in date and the same will be treated as cancellations. 4. In case the property is not able to host you due to any local or subjective circumstances , we will provide you with a credit of the same amount.
